🛑 All Sales Are Final

Each item in my shop is made-to-order and designed just for you. Because of that, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.

 

💥 What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order shows up looking like it got into a bar fight with the postal system, I’ve got you.

Email me at selfcarepositivitywithsamantha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the damaged item
Your order number
A short description of what happened

If approved, I’ll send a replacement ASAP. No stress, no guilt.

 

❌ What doesn’t qualify:

  • You changed your mind

  • You didn’t read the product description or size

  • You didn’t realize the item had profanity (I promise, I’m not subtle)

  • Minor color variations (screens can show colors differently than printed items)

⚠️ Custom Quote Adjustments

If you requested a curse word to be replaced with something else, that still counts as a custom order and can’t be returned or exchanged unless damaged.
