🛑 All Sales Are Final
Each item in my shop is made-to-order and designed just for you. Because of that, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.
💥 What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order shows up looking like it got into a bar fight with the postal system, I’ve got you.
Email me at selfcarepositivitywithsamantha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
A clear photo of the damaged item
Your order number
A short description of what happened
If approved, I’ll send a replacement ASAP. No stress, no guilt.
❌ What doesn’t qualify:

You changed your mind

You didn’t read the product description or size

You didn’t realize the item had profanity (I promise, I’m not subtle)

Minor color variations (screens can show colors differently than printed items)
⚠️ Custom Quote Adjustments
If you requested a curse word to be replaced with something else, that still counts as a custom order and can’t be returned or exchanged unless damaged.
